I already have drawings
Then the work starts with reading them properly. Not every set of drawings can be built from, and not every set can be priced from. Those are two different questions.
-
A1Identify what you actually have
Concept sketches, DA drawings, construction certificate documentation and shop drawings are four different things. Which set you hold decides whether we can price it or only estimate it.
-
A2Price against the documentation
A real price needs real detail. Where the set is thin we will tell you what is missing and what we have assumed, rather than burying it in a provisional sum you find out about later.
-
A3Check the approvals position
Do you hold the authority approvals already? Is a Development Application required, or does the work qualify as Complying Development? This changes the program far more than most people expect.
-
A4Build from your design
We construct to the documentation you own, with the site inspections, certifier coordination and trade management that go with it.
