How we handle the details you send us.

What we collect

When you fill in the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number, the address of the site, and whatever you write in the message. If you send drawings, a survey or photographs by email, we collect those too. That is all of it. There is no tracking on this site, no advertising pixel and no analytics.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, to work out whether we are the right builder for the job, and to price the work if you ask us to. We cannot quote a build without knowing where it is.

Who sees it

Temple Construction Group. If pricing your job needs a number from a consultant, a supplier or a subcontractor, we may pass on the part of the scope they need in order to quote. We tell you before we do. We do not sell your details, we do not trade them, and we do not send them overseas.

Marketing

An enquiry does not put you on a mailing list. If we ever start sending anything beyond a reply to you, we will ask first, and every message will carry a working unsubscribe link.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that did not become jobs: two years, then deleted. Jobs we built: seven years after completion, because tax and building records have to be kept that long.

Getting a copy, or having it deleted

Email or ring us and ask. We will send you what we hold, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it, within 30 days.

If something goes wrong

Tell us first and we will fix it. If you are not satisfied with how we handled it, you can take it to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
